How do I complain about another Hub member?

Complaints are accepted when you do your part.

In this order:

1. Contact the member directly and work it out privately.
2. If you failed to get resolution or are concerned about a rank issue, then...
3. Contact the admins or mods. You must provide:

• A brief note describing how you believe they violated the User Agreement.
• A link to the thread where the problem resides.

If you send a complaint without first trying to resolve it privately (unless #2 applies), your complaint will be ignored.
Admin/Mod decisions regarding complaints are final.
